iKnow Movement
Empowering young women to have more body knowledge, so that they can take better care of their body and feel more confident!
WHAT IS IKNOWMOVEMENT?
Having questions about your body is the most natural thing in the world. Yet, the world we live in sometimes makes it feel wrong … or naughty… to ask. If you have questions, you have the right to have them answered. Answered honestly, using the kind of words you understand.

We believe that with more body-knowledge, you can take better care of your body and be empowered to make smarter choices. We want you to have the power to say “I Know” about your own body. And this is the place to start!
  • BOOK OF TRUTH
